Customer satisfaction is the basis of sustainable business success. In order to meet our customers’ expectations of our products and services in the long term and to safeguard our ambitious objectives, we maintain a management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.

Continuous improvement of this system on the basis of relevant parameters is achieved by systematically analysing potential for improvement and defining suitable measures. These systems and measures include all areas and functions of the company. All those involved in the overall process are called upon and obliged to play a committed role in the implementation and ongoing development of the system.
